FYI...Nikki Giovanni delivered the closing speech at last week's Virginia Tech memorial convocation. She is on staff at the university and the person accused of committing the crime was once in her class.
Just thought I would share this fact with you since we studied her poem "Ego Tripping" a few weeks ago.
