BULLETIN: Classroom Materials

Attention students:

As of Monday, February 12, 2007, you will need to start bringing the following items to class EVERYDAY:

1. TEXTBOOK-We haven't used it in a while (hopefully you still have it), but now that we are starting our unit on poetry it is IMPORTANT that you have it each class meeting. In case you forgot what it looks like, here is a description: It is green and has the words GLENCOE LITERATURE on the front.

2. WRITING JOURNALS-Again, we haven't used our journals as faithfully as we should have this year, but now that we are starting our new unit we will be doing more creative writing (yeah!!!) so you will need your journal.

I will turn a blind eye for approximately three (3) class meetings, then expect me to begin carping. If after three meetings I find that some students are being flagrantly neglectful, I will begin random item checks...yes, that means there will be a grade penalty.
