Task: Using their knowledge of the elements of grammar, specifically punctuation, run-on sentences and sentence fragments, students will complete the proofreading worksheet. YOU MUST CORRECT ALL INCORRECT SENTENCES. USE THE SPACE BELOW THE SENTENCE TO WRITE THE CORRECTION (if necessary).

Objective: Students should be able to demonstrate their ability to recognize the elements of grammar/usage, subject/verb agreement, parts of speech, and sentence fragments. Based on their knowledge, they should be able to get at least 12 of the 15 questions correct.
